NEW YORK, Dec 27 (Reuters) - Accuride Corp., the largest North American truck tire maker, on Monday said it agreed to acquire truck parts maker Transportation Technologies Industries Inc. in a move to expand its line of transportation products and cut costs. Evansville, Indiana-based Accuride, which is controlled by buyout firm Kohlberg Kravis Roberts & Co., did not disclose the financial terms of the purchase, but privately held Accuride will own 65 percent of the combined entity. ...
