Aesop Funding sets $750 mln auto rental-backed ABS

NEW YORK, Feb 17 (Reuters) - Aesop Funding priced $750 million in asset-backed securities, supported by cash flows generated from Cendant Corp.'s rental car operations, a source familiar with the deal said.
