NEW YORK, Feb 17 (Reuters) - Aesop Funding priced $750 million in asset-backed securities, supported by cash flows generated from Cendant Corp.'s rental car operations, a source familiar with the deal said. Barclays Capital and Deutsche Bank Securities were lead managers for the deal. Banc of America Securities, Merrill Lynch, RBS Greenwich Capital, Scotia Capital and Wachovia Securities were co-managers for the offering.
