Alcan to spend C$25 mln on new auto parts plant

MONTREAL, Sept 16 (Reuters) - Alcan Inc. said on Tuesday it will spend C$25 million ($18.2 million) to build a new plant in Quebec to produce aluminum assemblies for the auto industry.
