DETROIT, May 29 (Reuters) - American Axle & Manufacturing Holdings Inc said on Thursday that David Dauch, son of the company's founder, is being promoted to president of the auto parts supplier, which is emerging from a bruising three-month strike by the United Auto Workers union.
