CHICAGO, April 29 (Reuters) - Auto parts maker American Axle & Manufacturing Holdings Inc. on Thursday said its board declared the Detroit-based company's first-ever quarterly dividend of 15 cents a share.
The dividend is payable on June 28 to stockholders of record as of June 7.
