BOMBAY, Jan 31 (Reuters) - Auto parts maker Amtek India Ltd. told the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) on Monday its board would meet on Feb. 7 to consider buying a 100 percent controlling stake in UK's Sigma Cast Group Ltd., which makes auto casting components.
Amtek shares rose more than 2 percent to 162.95 rupees in early trade in a firm Bombay market.
