Amtek in JV pact with FormTech for forgings unit

MUMBAI, Aug 13 (Reuters) - Auto components maker Amtek Auto Ltd said on Wednesday it has signed a joint venture agreement with Michigan's FormTech Industries LLC to set up a automotive forgings manufacturing unit.
