Amtel, Sibur JV on hold until debts cut - source

MOSCOW, March 24 (Reuters) - Russian-Dutch tyre manufacturer Amtel Vredestein and Russia's leading petrochemical firm, Sibur, will not form their joint venture until Amtel has restructured its debts, a Sibur source said on Monday.
