Arcelor, SNCI sell IEE to consortium

BRUSSELS, July 22 (Reuters) - Arcelor , the world's largest steel maker, and Societe Nationale de Credit et d'Investissement said on Thursday they had sold International Electronics and Engineering (IEE) to a consortium.
