ArvinMeritor posts quarterly profit

DETROIT, April 29 (Reuters) - Car and truck parts maker ArvinMeritor Inc posted a quarterly profit on Tuesday, as aggressive cost cuts offset the impact of sluggish vehicle sales in North America.
