ArvinMeritor sells Gabriel South Africa business

SAN FRANCISCO, June 20 (Reuters) - Auto and trucks parts supplier ArvinMeritor Inc. said on Tuesday it has sold its Gabriel SouthAfrica unit for $12 million as part of its plan to divest nonessential businesses and assets.
