NEW YORK, July 29 (Reuters) - Auto parts maker ArvinMeritor , which has launched a hostile bid for rival Dana Corp. , said on Tuesday it filed a lawsuit against Dana for making "misrepresentations" in statements concerning its rejection of ArvinMeritor's $2.2 billion bid.
