NEW YORK, Feb 28 (Reuters) - ArvinMeritor Inc. , a maker of car and truck parts, said on Tuesday it had commenced tender offers for up to $450 million of its notes.
The total outstanding principal amount of the notes included in the offers is about $693 million.
