BRUSSELS, April 23 (Reuters) - Japan's Asahi Glass confirmed on Monday it had received a charge sheet from the European Commission informing a number of car glass makers that it suspected they took part in a cartel.
"I can confirm that we have a statement of objections," a spokeswoman for Asahi unit AGC Automotive Europe said.
AGC said in a statement that it would examine the Commission's preliminary findings and respond in due course.
