ATX Group Withdraws IPO

WASHINGTON, July 27 (Reuters) - ATX Group Inc., a provider of a two-way communications service for cars such as BMW Assist, filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission on Tuesday to withdraw its prospectus for an initial public offering. The company had planned to sell 5 million shares for between $14 and $16 share, but canceled the offering citing "market conditions," the filing said.
