MELBOURNE, Feb 17 (Reuters) - Australian farm services and automotive parts company Futuris Corp Ltd. said it planned to raise up to A$150 million ($111 million) through an issue of hybrid securities.
Futuris said Citigroup Global Markets Australia Pty. Ltd. would be bookrunner and lead manager on the transaction.
