Canada Big Trucks Rebound in September 
Class 8 sales were up 9.3% on 2,907 units. Daimler accounted for most of the Class 8 gain, with deliveries rising 48.5% to 1,332.
U.S. Big Truck Sales Fall 1.4% in September  2

Sales in Class 8 were up a modest 1.8% to 2,644 units. Daimler’s share-leading Freightliner brand gained 24.9%, while International delivered the best results among all competitors, surging 48.8% on volume of 374 units.
Medium- and Heavy-Duty Truck Sales Rose 16.5% in May 
Class 8 led all segments and continued to drive the overall market, jumping 24.1% on sales of 21,501 units vs. 17,990 year-ago as all companies posted gains.

Class 8 deliveries surged 26.7% on sales of 17,811 units vs. 14,053 year-ago. PACCAR’s Kenworth led all gainers with a 56.5% increase.
