GM is doubling down on the ’16 Volt with a top-to-bottom revamp. It is extending electric range to an EPA-certified 53 miles, redesigning it inside and out and making it more fun to drive. It also brought the base price down to $33,170 before the $7,500 federal tax incentive for EVs.
