Czubay, 64, started his career within 1970, before leaving for brief stints at and . He returned to Ford in 1980, assuming his current position. Czubay will be succeeded by John Felice, 51, currently general sales manager-Ford and Lincoln.
During his nearly 30-year career, Felice has served in a variety of marketing and sales positions in the U.S. and Asia, including president of Ford Thailand operations.

Bob Fascetti, 51, is named vice president-powertrain engineering, succeeding Bakaj. Fascetti currently leads the engineering operations for all of Ford’s global engine development.
