MUMBAI, Oct 25 (Reuters) - Autoline Industries Ltd said on Thursday its board has approved 100 percent takeover of Nirmiti Autocomponents Pvt Ltd for an undisclosed sum.
The takeover would be in two stages and would be completed in six months, the company said in a statement.
