MUMBAI, Feb 26 (Reuters) - Auto parts maker Autoline Industries Ltd. said on Monday it would acquire 51 percent in the global operations of Europe-based Stokota NV, for 668 million rupees in cash and equity.
The deal would help both companies to become global leaders in the manufacture of high-value, low-cost auto components, it said in a statement.
