Autoliv to buy rest of Chinese subsidiary

STOCKHOLM, Dec 17 (Reuters) - Sweden's Autoliv , the world's biggest maker of airbags and seatbelts, has signed an agreement to buy the outstanding 40 percent of its Chinese airbag company, the firm said on Friday.
