Autoliv Q1 profit up 29 pct, sees Q2 sales up


STOCKHOLM, April 23 (Reuters) - Sweden's Autoliv, a leading maker of car airbags and seat belts, posted a 29 percent jump in first-quarter profits on Thursday and said it saw second quarter sales rising 10 percent year on year. "Consolidated sales are expected to increase by close to 10 percent during the second quarter," Autoliv, which has about one third of the global market, said in a statement.
