Automodular rejects takeover bid, shares halted

TORONTO, Dec 20 (Reuters) - Canadian auto-parts supplier Automodular Corp. said on Wednesday it will reject an unsolicited takeover offer it says it received from a major automotive parts supplier that it has not named.
