LONDON, June 16 (Reuters) - Europe's biggest car rental firm, Avis Europe , proposed rasing 110.5 million pounds ($200 million) on Thursday through a rights issue to shareholders.
It said the 110.5 million pounds, net of expenses, would be used in its recovery strategy.
