BOMBAY, April 25 (Reuters) - Bajaj Auto Finance Ltd. plans to raise 1 billion rupees through an issue of secured bonds, the company told the Bombay Stock Exchange on Monday.
The funds will be through the private placement route and will finance working capital requirements and other corporate expenses.
