MUMBAI, Sept 26 (Reuters) - Auto parts maker Banco Products Ltd said on Wednesday its board approved a 5-for-1 share split and a preferential share issue to Japan Metal Gasket Ltd at 150 rupees each.
Banco will issue 678,208 shares to the Japanese firm.
