JOHANNESBURG, June 20 (Reuters) - South African industrial group Barloworld Ltd bought back 6.31 million ordinary shares for 712 million rand ($103.1 million), the firm said on Tuesday.
The firm had paid an average of 112.85 rand per share to buy back the shares starting on May 24. They accounted for 3 percent of total issued ordinary shares, a statement said.
