Bharat Forge, Areva to make heavy forgings in India


MUMBAI, Jan 29 (Reuters) - Indian auto component maker Bharat Forge Ltd said on Thursday it will set up a joint venture with French firm Areva to manufacture heavy forgings in India that will be used in the nuclear power sector. It did not disclose the size of the investment, but said the two companies were evaluating locations for setting up the unit. (Reporting by Prashant Mehra; Editing by John Mair)
