SAN FRANCISCO, Nov 17 (Reuters) - Auto parts supplier BorgWarner Inc. on Monday said it named William Cline as acting chief financial officer.
The Chicago-based company that makes components for powertrain applications, said Cline will replace George Strickler, who is leaving to join Visteo Corp. A committee is in the process of searching for a permanent successor, it said.
