BorgWarner raises dividend 40 pct

NEW YORK, Nov 18 (Reuters) - Auto parts maker BorgWarner Inc. on Tuesday said it would increase its dividend by 40 percent to 25 cents per share from 18 cents. The dividend is payable on Feb. 17 to shareholders of record on Feb. 2, the Chicago company said in a statement. The increase is its second since 1994, it said.
