Bosch buys majority of Italy's Oil Control group

FRANKFURT, Dec 22 (Reuters) - German automotive supplier Bosch [ROBG.UL] has acquired a majority stake in Oil Control Group SpA, an Italian compact hydraulics specialist, Bosch said on Wednesday without giving financial details.
