Brazil's Localiza to spend $1.4 bln on new cars

SAO PAULO, July 26 (Reuters) - Brazilian auto rental company Localiza Rent a Car said on Monday it will invest 2.5 billion reais ($1.4 billion) to help renew its fleet, the latest sign of booming auto demand in Brazil.
