TOKYO, June 30 (Reuters) - Japan's Bridgestone Corp. said on Thursday it would invest 17 billion yen ($154 million) to boost output of tyre and tyre parts at three domestic plants to meet growing global demand for tyres used in mining equipment. The project comes in addition to the top Japanese tyre maker's plans to spend 125 billion yen between 2005 and 2007 to expand output worldwide as part of a broad capital spending programme, a spokesman said.
