TOKYO, Nov 17 (Reuters) - Bridgestone Corp. said on Thursday it would raise prices from Feb. 1 on tyres, tubes and flaps sold in the replacement market in Japan, and winter tyre prices on April 1 in a bid to pass on rising raw materials costs.
