ISTANBUL, April 28 (Reuters) - Ford Otosan , a venture between Ford and Turkey's Koc Holding :
* Says it expects profitability to continue in the coming period as sales, both at home and abroad, improve.
* Says operating-profit margin was 7 percent in the first quarter.
