NEW YORK, June 16 (Reuters) - Bristol West Holdings Inc. , an auto insurer, on Thursday said it has received a grand jury subpoena from federal prosecutors seeking documents about a type of reinsurance that insurers might use to help mask losses.
The Davie, Florida-based company said it intends to fully cooperate with the request from the U.S. Attorney for the Southern District of New York.
