KITCHENER, Ontario, Aug 23 (Reuters) - Budd Canada Inc. , which specializes in the production of light truck and sport utility vehicle frames and chassis components, narrowed its quarterly loss on Friday and suspended its dividend, but said the outlook remained steady.
