SAN FRANCISCO, Feb 22 (Reuters) - Democratic lawmakers in California on Thursday unveiled a package of bills aimed at slashing greenhouse gas emissions, but Republican Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger's office warned the bills could undermine last year's landmark greenhouse gas legislation.
