Canada's Oct retail sales seen up 1.0 pct vs Sept

OTTAWA, Dec 21 (Reuters) - Canadian retail sales were forecast to rise 1.0 percent in October from September, 11 analysts said ahead of Statistics Canada issuing the data at 8:30 a.m. (1330 GMT) on Tuesday.
