China's Brilliance Auto in N Korea bus JV-Xinhua

BEIJING, Feb 18 (Reuters) - China Brilliance Automotive Holdings Ltd. and South Korea's Pyeonghwa Motor Corp. have agreed to jointly manufacture buses in North Korea, China's state-owned Xinhua news agency said on Sunday.
