China's Brilliance wins $1.3 bln bus sale to Russia

SHANGHAI, March 29 (Reuters) - Brilliance Automotive , BMW's China partner, said on Thursday it has signed a $1.3 billion contract to export 80,000 minibuses to Russia over the next five years. Under the agreement, Brilliance Auto will export Jinbei minibuses made in China, mainly for use by Russian government bodies, the Chinese company said on its Web site. The contract was signed at a Chinese exhibition in Moscow this week coinciding with President Hu Jintao's trip to Russia, it said. ...
