SHANGHAI, Nov 28 (Reuters) - Changfeng Motors, a Chinese partner of Mitsubishi Motors Corp. , is in advanced talks with potential partners to build its first overseas assembly plant in Russia, a senior Changfeng executive said on Tuesday.
