SHANGHAI, Sept 28 (Reuters) - Chinese car maker Geely Automobile Holdings Ltd. is considering whether to make cars in the United States, its chairman and founder said on Thursday. Geely had previously announced a plan to sell cars in the United States as early as 2008.
