Chrysler to avoid liquidation - source

WASHINGTON, April 29 (Reuters) - Chrysler LLC will not be liquidated but it is still unclear whether the struggling U.S. auto maker will enter bankruptcy or not, a source familiar with the negotiations said on Wednesday.
