Coachmen sues Coleman over licensing agreement


CHICAGO, Nov 29 (Reuters) - Recreational vehicle maker Coachmen Industries Inc. said on Monday it has sued Coleman Co. to enforce a licensing agreement that gave Coachmen an exclusive 15-year right to the Coleman brand in the RV market. A Kansas state court judge earlier in November granted RV maker Fleetwood Enterprises a permanent injunction that barred camping equipment maker Coleman Co. from licensing its name in the recreational vehicle industry.
