Comfort , Delgro propose to merge

SINGAPORE, Nov 21 (Reuters) - Singapore transport firms Comfort Group Ltd and Delgro Corporation Ltd proposed on Thursday to merge under a new listed entity, creating the city-state's largest land transport group.
