May 22 (Reuters) - Commercial Vehicle Group Inc. said it will close its Seattle manufacturing operation and will cut about 115 jobs by the end of 2007.
The automotive component maker said the restructuring will result in a charge of about $3.2 million, of which it will record about $1.7 million during the quarter ending June 30. (Reporting by Sweta Singh in Bangalore)
