Continental to buy Siemens VDO for 11.4 bln euros

FRANKFURT, July 25 (Reuters) - Continental AG will buy Siemens' automotive unit VDO for 11.4 billion euros ($15.7 billion), German industrial conglomerate Siemens said in a statement on Wednesday.
