Continental CDS drop after VDO buy -traders

LONDON, July 25 (Reuters) - The cost of insuring debt of Continental AG against default fell sharply after the German car parts supplier agreed to buy Siemens' automative unit VDO for 11.4 billion euros ($15.74 billion).
